Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on consulting projects using MixIT and other engineering applications.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create case studies, articles, blogs, and other technical content.
• Conduct intermediate and advanced training sessions on the usage of MixIT & supporting tools.
• Present MixIT’s value proposition—including its supporting product suite—to diverse audiences, including senior executives, ensuring strong product differentiation.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of MixIT and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and nurture opportunities to expand software usage or cross-sell during customer interactions.
• Collaborate actively with the Service Delivery and Marketing teams to support project and product objectives.
• Conduct onsite visits to demonstrate MixIT to prospects and engage with existing customers on technical discussions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.
• Develop proficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and Python
• Work on both frontend and backend development (MERN stack + Python-based services)
• Understanding of server-client architecture
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Should have a good understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Agile SCRUM
• Should be able to work independently once proper guidance is provided
• Ensure timely completion of development activities

Key Competencies:

• Strong development experience in the MERN stack: ES6, TypeScript, React.js, React Hooks, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, scripting, automation, or API development (e.g., Flask/Django/FastAPI)
• Experience in developing UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and integrating with backend services via REST APIs
• Understanding of database systems including RDBMS and NoSQL, and ability to work with them using both Node.js and Python
• Strong analytical, logical, and programming skills

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Must be comfortable working in a team and independently as and when required.
• Must be disciplined, proactive, and self-motivated
• Good Communication skills 
• Candidate with B.E., BTech, MTech and equivalent graduation and post-graduation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build & Release Automation

• Design and maintain automated build pipelines using Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain build scripts using:
  • Shell scripting (Linux)
  • Windows Batch scripting
  • Python automation scripts
• Create versioned, reproducible build artifacts.
• Package applications for on-premise deployments (Windows/Linux environments).

CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Implement CI/CD workflows for:
  • Code checkout
  • Dependency management
  • Build and packaging
  • Artifact storage
  • Deployment automation
• Configure and maintain Jenkins agents (Windows/Linux).
• Integrate source control systems (e.g., Git).

    On-Premise Deployment Management

• Design deployment workflows for air-gapped or restricted environments.
• Automate installation and upgrade procedures.
• Support multi-environment deployment (Dev / QA / Production).
• Ensure rollback and recovery mechanisms are implemented.

    Infrastructure & Environment Management

• Work with internal IT to configure build servers.
• Manage environment variables, secrets, and configuration files securely.
• Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues.
• Optimize build performance and stability.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain documentation for build and deployment processes.
• Establish version control and release tagging standards.
• Implement audit-ready release tracking processes.

     Customer Deployment & Technical Leadership

• Lead deployment of application builds on customer systems via remote web meeting
• Coordinate with customer IT teams for:
  • Firewall configuration
  • Server provisioning
  • OS dependencies
  • Security compliance
• Troubleshoot real-time deployment issues during customer sessions
• Provide technical walkthroughs and installation guidance
• Act as primary DevOps contact during customer onboarding
• Prepare deployment documentation and handover kits

• Strong scripting experience:
  • Bash / Shell scripting
  • Windows Batch scripting
  • Python (automation & tooling)
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins (pipeline scripting preferred)
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design
